Sunset Cliffs in Point Loma has to be one of the best places on Earth. I have a lot of favorite places. For instance, Mackinaw Island is a great one. Just the atmosphere of the entire place is great and welcoming. These cliffs have a totally different feel. As much as I hate getting near cliffs and heights without some sort of protection or barrier, this place is sooo… calming. We first went there midday and it was still cool but we decided to come back at sunset and it was breathtaking. There were some clouds so that perfect golden hour time to shoot was less than ten minutes. The orange hue casting off the rocks and reflecting off the water is unreal. It makes for an overly saturated photo but I still love it. If I were to ever get married, this could be a venue just for the copious amount of photo opps we would have, haha.
